Being rude, or loud, is not an acquired skill. We're all born with it. As infants our first response to anything disagreeable is to make a lot of noise and throw tantrums.
And yet a lot of people go through life very proud of the fact that they can shout the loudest - I know I've been guilty of it myself at times.
Actually, it is being polite and reasonable that is an acquired skill, because it involves effort, a marshaling of emotions, rational thought, and self-control.
